Our Programs
To our way of thinking, there are four main areas when it comes to hospitality services: Nutrition, Sanitation, Sustainability and Education. Without giving away the farm we would like to give you a brief synopsis of the programs we have developed for each of these areas.
Nutrition:
Food Matters® is designed to offer nutritional balance blended with customer education. The goal is to educate our patrons about the importance of a balanced diet and lifestyle.
Sanitation:
C.L.E.A.N.Works!™ blends the most stringent food safety and sanitation standards from local, state, and federal food codes, organizes the information in an easy-to-follow manner and is implemented at all of our locations.
Sustainability:
Grow™, Creative Dining Services’ corporate sustainability program, offers a flexible menu of sustainability initiatives, allowing our clients to select the items that best fit their objectives. You may learn more about Grow on our sustainability web site, www.growingforthegood.com.
Education:
Creative University is our National Restaurant Association award-winning corporate employee training and development program. Continuing education is important for all our staff members and is supported through Creative University.
